preheat oven to 350
for pie crust:
either crush 30 Nilla wafers - OR 2 waxed packages of graham crackers OR crumble a gramham crust or chocolate cook crust into a bowl
add 1/2 cube melted butter
and 6 ounces of crsuhed pecans
mix together, press into pie tin shell - then bake for 10 minutes
for filling:
melt either 2 squares of unsweet or 4 squares of semi-sweet Baker's chocolate
melt 1 1/2 cubes of butter
melt together and then allow to cool to just warmish [so you don't cook the eggs]
in a mixing bowl put 1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
the warmish melted chocolate and butter
1 egg
whip on high for 4 minutes
add a 2nd egg and whip on high for 4 more minutes
add a 3rd egg and whip on high for 4 more minutes
Spoon mousse into pecan pie crust and refrigerate. Serve when cold
