Have read all the 'Two Lumps' archives. Thank you Tiffy! It is such a -funny- web-comic! I loves it.

Finally got around to buying a game for my PSP. Got 'Untold Legends' and am blown away by how pretty the screen is. Game is pretty neat too. Am playing an alchemist because the character design is so cute. She has a sort of 'mad science' look. ^_^ And the game play is a little rough on the thumbs, but otherwise plays well.

Went and saw 'Doom' over the weekend and - while it is not a movie to inspire deep thought - it wasn't that bad. I enjoyed myself and definately recommend it, especially at matinee prices. The FPS perspective segment was a lot of fun. A decent 'movie based on a game' experience.

Can't resist the impulse and am playing FFVII again. [shakes head] My PS1 is in the 'has to be tilted to the side so it plays the disc' mode, so this is annoying. But dang, FF7 is still darned fun.

So yes, 2 games vying for play-time. But the PSP can be taken out of the house. [smiles] I -still- want FF7 re-released in some sort of other playable format. [yes, I am vainly dreaming]

Also, I made a variant of 'Chicken Supreme' that turned out nevery nicely - and contained roughly 23 grams of fat per serving [which considering it is a fully meal, is quite good].
3 cans of campbell's cream soup [I used mushroom, celery, chicken]
[for mushroom allergies, substitute an extra can of the chicken]
3 T butter [instead of a cube]
1 cup milk [I used 1% milk]
1.5 cups of uncooked minute rice
1 large chicken breast, cut into cubes

I melted the butter, mixed it with the soups and milk - stirring until it was all nice and blended, added the rice - stirring that in and then buried cubes of chicken in the rice mass. Cooked it at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours and it was perfect: nice and creamy - and it made 3 servings.

Plus I voted [absentee - which is what I recommend everyone do - & having worked the polls for 10 years, voting absentee is the best!] = 'no' on everything.

Tee hee! Glad you enjoyed Two Lumps. It just makes me happy (and I have several of them on my wall at work. Which reminds me, need to print the "Akatuwu!" one out...).

Just remember, Snooch = Hershey. Mab's analogue is more Nightmare than Eben though.

[grins] Aw - come on, Hershey isn't -that- stupid, is he? I haven't notice him whapping his head into a post, wanting the pettin's [of course, as his Mom, you know best]

I am just so consistently amused by 2 Lumps!

I've started replaying FFVII myself, as Scott hasn't played it at all, and Advent Children is coming out. I don't want him to have to wait for PS3 and the re-release to get AC. However, he has ADD and the inferior graphics lose his interest, lol. Ah, well... :}

Actually 'Advent Children' is out now - and I've seen it. It is -such- a nifty movie! I hear it will be released as a DVD in just a few weeks!

As for the graphics of FF7, I can agree, but the story just sucks me in
