Gifts make the heart go pit-a-pat

I am wearing incredibly cute toe-socks right now. They are different shades of pinks and purples in alternating stripes with pink-spangled black stripes. They are adorable! Shadowcat-x surprised me with them on Sunday night and I've worn them since then. I suppose I'll need to take them off ... tomorrow, if only for washing, but they are just cuter than heck!

She also introduced me to the music of Loreena McKennit, thus adding another musician to my world of musical enjoyment. I like Pentangle, Meg Davis, Heather Alexander - and Loreena's music is akin to that. This is very nifty
