Just finished reading a Great Book

Just finished reading 'Kitchen Condfidential' and have to say 'thank you, Kevin & Andy, for recommending this book'. It's a -wonderful- read! In turns it was hilarious, obscene, contained useful information and gave an eye-opening view of professional kitchens. Wow. [So now I say unto you - go read this book! Or I can loan you my copy.]
