new game being played
Sep. 2nd, 2007 06:59 pmOkay, I put 'Oblivion' on hold and began playing 'Shin Megami Tensei - Digital Devil Saga'. My 'chaos mood spinner' spun/pointed, I said 'Ooo shiny' and there I went.
The game begins well - very good cinematic start. The setting has distinct echoes of 'Tron' or 'Matrix' [in a good way], the story is fairly interesting and it has a forgiving learning curve for the novice.
It uses most of the battle system from 'SMT - Nocturne' so that's a help, too. Seems like fun [in a mildly disgusting 'eat your opponents' fashion].
