Not a happy day

Having a pretty bad headache [allergy + time of month related] for the 3rd day running; but not as bad as Fri/Sat. However is the day that all hell is happening between my mom and sister. For roughly 4 hours today [off and on] one or the other of them have been calling and telling me/while usually screaming at each other and including me in their arguement.

It's just been painful. Mom is 4 days into trying to quit cigarettes [from the threat of COPD] so she is understandably irrational right now. Her favored -normal- means of expression is being angry at the world and yelling. My sister is [just shakes head at this point] ... not helping matters. So my head is all throbby right now.
