Hot -and- humid

It's hot [just got out of 93 degree icky]. Spend the day going to doctor appointments. Tried to get everything scheduled for one day. Except for a referral to an opthomalogist, that worked. But the 'bright lights in the eye, repeatedly' headache is kind of intense right now.

[My eyes were about what I expected, but the right eye has slightly less acuity and needs an extra look.] But man, waiting rooms are boring and I'm glad I brought a fun book along: Williams = 'Implied Spaces'.
