It's beginning to feel a lot like xmas

Getting very close to done with xmas shopping - and we'll be headed to So Calif very late [for us]. Possibly not driving down until the 23rd or 24th. I'd like to drive back so we could go to the 'House of Spike' party on the 2nd, but I'm guessing this may not be possible.
