Laundry day today. Brining the turkey, starting tonight [and thank you to boojumbunn for the idea of using heavy ply plastic bag to hold turkey & brine mix]. Tomorrow, when the kitty wakes me to feed her, ready the turkey, stuff it - put 'er in the oven, then back to bed for another couple hours. Yummy food - and lots of Skyrim!
