Pleasant week just passed

Last week has very pleasant events mixed into rather too-hot weather. Our 29th year anniversary was lovely. Tabletop games went well. A friend is out from Colorado [waves to Vhrgr] and his cooking at Boojum's Sunday BBQ was sublime. Even the weather cooperated that day.

So many different foods, so well prepared [like his homemade mayo and the specially ground sirloin, chuck & bacon burger mix] and everything stunningly well-cooked. The 3 different sorts of fresh fruit tartlets were the perfect ending. It was also nice to meet someone new, Zeke, and I hope he can drift into the gaming crowd.
