I've had MANY better days

Fir dinking blast. Things work, actually WORK for programs and 2 MMOs. SWTOR & Elder Scrolls Online play well together. THEN a WINDOWS update and immediately after reboot I get a bNIOS error and have LOST my desktop. I'll have to reinstall Win7 for N'yarlethotep's sake and am reduced to the laptop [with its starting-to-grind disk].

Whut the hucking feck? Why can't the Evil Empire of Windows follow the 'first, do no harm' philosophy when they make their bedamned patches? It's just over a year since the LAST update = system crashed/desktop nobbled/made me reinstall farking fuster-clucked Win7 and now I have to do that again. Another day or 2 or 3 of trying to get things working again. Just .. what .. the .. bleeding .. hells.
