So frustrated by this
Jan. 28th, 2023 01:45 amIt's been 3 full days of waiting for a signature-required package to be delivered via UPS. It was 1st listed as 'out for delivery, will be there by 7pm' on Wednesday. Me or my husband, sitting near the front door from 8am until 7pm on Wednesday. No package delivered.
Then Thursday. Same claim on the UPS website for the tracking number. Same result = no delivery.
Then Friday. Same claim on the UPS website & same result = no delivery.
I've called in - got a case number. No help & still no delivery. Now the 'will be delivered' alert is for Monday by 7pm. This is SO frustrating.
No explanation of the 'why' of no delivery. Nothing about where the package is. Since Tuesday it's been listed as 'out for delivery' & still nothing. Argh!
Finally got hold of a person who gave non-script answers on day 3. She said that the delivery service typically gave a 'arrives in 2-days' claim & then would take 5 BUSINESS days to actually deliver. And the package did arrive 5 business days after first alert.
