Awesome Agris game

I had a lot of fun reffing today's Agris game. Among other things, Bart helped to release & free an imprisoned ancient dragon that gave him a chance to be his minion [Bart declined] - and before plane-shifting away the dragon fried snarky Hyperion with a breath attack.

[I rolled very well on the dice & Hyperion droped by a few hp, even having made his saving throw. Hyperion's player DID made the 36% chance to get +1 CON from this attack, because it was such a strong lightning attack & strong lightning can help one's health ... if the victim survives. And kudos to Hyperion who refused to back down from his sarcastic, never-bows-before-power attitude, even if it DID get him fried!]

Rather nicely, the Trey PC, Gurvin, figured out a way to keep the dragon from then -eating- Hyperion & they doctored him back to health once the dragon phased out. Spooky powerful dragon!

Then a bit further on they managed to figure out a way to free a terrifically-powerful hydra that [ancient lore rolls made] could not die the true death. It -could- be dropped and kept down with enough constant damage - which is how one story they recalled got the hydra out of Helena - and shipped to Anglia to ravage away -there-. Hmmmm, wonder where they sent it? ^_^

Hyperion actually seemed to have fun when he was mistaken for Lysander again [who was a long-dead, self-porclaimed god-on-earth] - and he did some ordering of elemental guardians using that authority. Heh, heh. And when he -used- Lysander's name and felt something try to ... enter him, methinks Hyperion might have figured out something.

But the group DID get to their imprisoned target, get him freed [using the Lysander dodge] and get outside with him. Now we'll see what happens next!

And the beef strogonoff was excellent! [served on wild rices, not noodles]:
london broil, cubed; 2 T crisco, 1/2 c flour, 1 t powdered garlic, 1 t minced garlic, 2t minced onion - saute; add to that = 2 pints sour cream, 2 T worchester sauce, at least 1 c water & button mushrooms [OR lots of fresh 'shrooms & 1/2 c water] = stir till at low boil, then simmer 2 hours.

I enjoy the game and hyperion enjoyed himself too much as well....which is why I gotta drop you an email about what went down...

Sounds like to much didn't happen afterwards which may either end up being good or bad....
