Went to Dawn's engagement party yesterday and fear I may have infected folk. Within the hour of arrival, I was feeling pretty ill. Trey took me home and I went to bed. [I -hate- mid-day naps] Slept for a few hours and woke feeling minimally better. Had really -weird- body aches - like it was selectively pummeled in places [like I was hit on the right side of my jaw, the right shoulder ached/but not the left - the left leg ached/not the right; weird stuff. Feel slightly better today, but only a bit. [what the heck was that?]

OTOH, played some 'KotOR' and got the snogging scene with Bastilla = that was nice. [so how come the lightside boy gets that & the best a lightside girl gets is a brief dialogue bit with Carth?]

Because the target audience is teen-aged straight guys. If they were playing a female (ostensibly because they want to watch her hot posterior) then watching her snogging a guy would be like so totally gay, ok?

Ok, so that ending was a bit sarcastic, but you get what I mean, right?

My answer: Girl gamers need to make games for *every* gamer. Shall we get on that?

So why not throw -something- to gals? Hey, there were going to be -some- playing. [sighs]

But you want plot for games? I'll give you plot. Can't do anything else in electronic-type game design, but plot and dialogue, I could provide. [admittedly twisted, Byzantine and pervy, but that's my gaming style ^_^]
