Just passing time

It was way too warm yesterday! Reffed a good Agris game, tho. Looks like Genevive will be re-joining the game [after a coupla year absense]. The PC she will run is pretty nifty.

Have been whacking a help-guide for 'Shin Megami Tensei = Devil Summoner', so it is of a size I can print out. Most helps I can find on Game FAQs are 200 pages and ... extensive. So I capture one and edit it down so it's just a bare-bones guide [to give directions in case I get stuck - and leave important info for item/plot points that are required to properly finish a game]. And I pretty much edit out the spoilers, plot description, dialogue, monster descriptions and so forth. I can usually trim a guide down to 20-30 pages [from 200-300] - which is MUCh more printer friendly.

I was on the end of the no shroom area of the table...which was a kinda bummer for me...and I didn't like alot of the cheeses this time either...but I really did enjoy meeting Elizabeth and I liked her friend Joe too. It was a hard day for me, and I was wiped out around the time we met, specially towards the end, but it was fun to chat with them anyways, seemed like really nice and fun people.

:)

Yeah - heard about the 'shroom liberation army and giggled at the thought. Of course I like fungi, but support my mycologically-challenged friends in their efforts. ^_^

Well, it was very nice to meet you Kathy. I had a blast and felt much more comfortable once I sat down at the table than I did beforehand. I'm sort of a shy person around folks I don't know, but once I saw Matt there and, of course, I knew Victor, I felt better. And I KNEW you looked familiar. I've seen your posts here with your picture on it! I've gone and added you to my LJ as well.

Hope to see you again soon,
Elizabeth

*sigh* I miss the Sunday/Saturday games. Is one of the 5-7 things I miss about living in CA.

I miss you in them, too. It's amusing about how many of my good memories have gaming - and gamers - as a part of it.
