Holiday stuff

melcharAm in Southern California. Have survived Sunday spent with my mom. [It actually went well, her birthday dinner out was VERY nice, so I'm happy about that].
Spent yesterday and part of this morning wrapping presents for Lois. Wrapped a HUGE amount of presents and they have made the Xmas tree here look very festive now. Also wrapped and boxed all the presents for gil_liant's sister/hubby/kids for Lois and those are off to the postal snail. Wrapping presents is astonishingly tiring, but I only suffered 1 finger gouge [and didn't bleed on any of the paper]. I really -hate- that tape dispenser.
gil_liant's brother loaned me a connection to the intrawebs, so I could post this, check gmail and the web comics. Just wish I could check my -other- email account, but my isp is just flat ... weird. Ah well - everyone have a great batch of holidays and I hope I can check 'da webs' again before the weekend.
