So I have my 1st ever -new- computer, made it and everything that can play all the new games. What am I doing? Playing Persona 3 on the PS2.

That's because there's no computer game half as cool as Persona 3, let alone Persona 4.

True, very true - but the character designs were just a tad better in 'Digital Devil Saga'.

Haven't played that one. There's a limit to my "Dark" tolerance and I think that one was over it.

IMO 'Nocturne' was dark [and I very much enjoyed it]. 'Digital Devil Saga' had a great plot - and possibly because of the more science fictional setting - didn't seem all that dark to me.

I wish they hadn't split the game into 2 parts [just because it mean I had to buy 2 games], but even with the break [and needing to re-level for part 2] - the story worked for me.

Both are PS2. I got both off Ebay [after about 2 weeks of bids: got DDS2 for $25, but DDS1 cost about $45] - and a quick check there shows about the same prices now.

If you try them, I hope you enjoy 'em.
