2 hours (+) to make chocolate bliss

melcharStill with the pain; the 2nd set of pain meds had no positive effect, but one still must 'soldier on' - and today that meant making 'chocolate mousse pies' for my chums. 2 of them are in my gaming groups, have had birthdays and like chocolate, so ...
Spent about an hour crushing 'Nilla cookies to powder, blending them with pecans and using butter to turn this mix into pie crusts.
Then sugar, more butter, vanilla get creamed. I melt some baker's chocolate, add that, and then add an egg - whipping on high - 3x [12 minutes] - and do this for each pie. Filling goes into each pie crust and both are refrigerated. SUCH yummy pies. [But -wow- it has left me feeling wiped out.]
