Om nom nom and a Happy New Year

Spent hours making [more than 7] dozens of the walnut Scandinavians and then more dozens of walnut oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. They came out well and thus I will not disappoint family and be able to bring them with us when we drive down. I hope each cookies will be a happy holiday delight. ^_^ [Avoiding the family harrassment of not baking will more than make up for the effort.]

At roomie's suggestion, Vargr will be baking cookies tomorrow and taking plates of them around to share with the neighbors. Haven't done cookies in so long, wuff's hoping they turn out well enough to give away. *grins*
