More than 8 years of persecuting 1 man for perjury - during private grand jury testimony on Balco, that was then illegally made public**. More than 50 million dollars spent. Convicted on 1 charge of giving 'evasive testimony'.

I want the prosecutors charged for malfeasance. I want them charged for wasting the public monies. Why didn't they go after Enron? War profiteers? BP? The entire Ponzi scheme that the stock market has become? Or even PG&E for the San Bruno explosion caused by neglect so they could save a buck?
