It's WINTER for crying out loud!

Today is dry. The last week has been mildly rainy [although to see TV news reporters aiming their cameras at shallow puddles, you'd think we were in a monsoon]. The week to -come- is forecast as slightly more rainy and news-folk are predicting disasters. Since California is more-or-less a desert, IMO there should be cheers and acclamation, not complaints.
