This is sooooo STUPID

People where I work have been joking about paving their Windows machines and running Linux rather than Windows 11 with Recall. The company has a lot of lines of business, but one of them is pharmaceutical, and some people have access to PHI. I imagine corporate InfoSec is shitting bricks over this.

I would be okay with it if you could toggle applications that it would never screenshot - like password managers, private browsing (not just MS Edge, but all browsers), and apps like Signal. But MS isn't that bright. Whoever thought this up should be fired... preferably out of a cannon.

I would be much happier if all Micro$oft execs were forced to do all of their computing on Recall first. Then, once THEIR information became public/was exploited & the like, maybe they would understand the concerns of other people.
