I think it was the crab

I was so dang sick last night. I'm pretty sure it was food poisoning because about an hour after dinner I was wedded to the bathroom for the next 3 hours. It was horrific & I expelled all contents from mouth to tail and then was pretty much dead for the next 12 hours.

And today I hurt so much - mainly because my entire torso aches so much that it hurts to breathe. It's kind of funny now, only because I'm not doing it any more. It's like the 'most effective exercise program ever in the history of ever'. I am feeling EVERY muscle in my entire body.
