Not feeling well
Feb. 8th, 2006 03:14 pmHad a fever the last few days. Starting the middle of the night, last night, _now_ I have a sore throat. Sheesh! Oddly, the fever has dipped about a degree, but I'd rather have -that- than this annoying sore throat.
Aside = but this is pretty much the worst I've felt in a bit over a year. I will still swear by the Nasarel [taken for allergies] because before I began taking it I was sick -all- the time. Any passing germ checked in to Che Me for a stay. Multiple colds and several bouts of flu per year. But now ... I suppose I can endure this. Just hope I recover from it quickly.

get well soon!
Date: 2006-02-09 12:19 am (UTC)I've been struggling to avoid the "sick and icky" folks at work and outside for the last few weeks, because of this trip. Nothing worse than being out of the country and coming down with some sort of bug. Not like there's lots of opertunity to feel under the weather anyway, just from the long travel, change of timezone, food/water, and everything else. One sure doesn't need a "real" germ to add to that mix.
Enjoy your chicken soup, rest, and recover quickly, okay? *hugs*
I'll try to check in as frequently as possible while over there. Plane leaves EARLY in the morning tomorrow. I might even be able to log in from Atlanta airport, while we lay-over there.

Date: 2006-02-09 01:15 am (UTC)I _can_ blame it on one of my Saturday gamers who - about 4 hours _after_ we began to game last Saturday - told us all that he had a raging fever and felt awful. Gee, 'thanks' for sharing...
So I began feeling iffy Monday night - and just got worse. [sighs]
