Getting Shiny

So Paul loaned me the 'Firefly' DVDs a couple months ago. I warned him that I am a flake and it would take a while for me to get around to watching them. [background = never saw the series, loved the movie, have seen 3 eps at FC 06 & enjoyed them]

Finally have watched them and -really- did enjoy them, watched the commentary tracks and wish all the eps had one. Pity it didn't make it. [but then, I never got into B5 until halfway thru the 2nd season - then -really- got into it, too.]

Im the same way with stuff. I tend to be late jumping into stuff and then get really into it. Kinda silly. Cause when you try to talk about it, all you get as responses are, "Yea, I've seen/played it. I know. Ok. Bye."
