Yay = KotOR2-ing

So I've done the KotOR lightside boy thru to the end - and the 2 'love interest' scenes were good. IMHO the Carth/LS girl dialogue is better, even tho they don't snog.

Does anyone know if the darkside girl is significantly different? I heard something about Carth getting killed, but for the darkside boy Carth runs off in a cutscene [and thus lives].

But now I have loaded and begun KotOR2 - and after needing to go buy a USB external mouse [touchpad issue] I can actually play the game. Yippee skip! And it is a pretty game. Better character powers/feats options and starting as a Jedi is excellent. Having fun!

[BTW, going to buy my $10 USB mouse ended up costing $160 - due to Frys having WAY too much kewl things in stock. Got 'Advent Children' on UMD [even tho I have it on DVD] because I had a 2-hour wait at the Toyota dealership to look forward to; also got Trey his bday prezzie - and eps 1-35 of 'Card Captor Sakura' -uncut- in Japanese/english. So it was a very expensive $10 mouse. ^_^]

Fry's, the Black Hole of Geekdom. I get thrills just thinking about it. Youngest Daughter and I had to make a couple of trips there last week and once we found the $3 object we were looking for, it was, "Do we have to leave? What else can we look at?" I think she got only half what she needed on purpose just so we'd have to go back! Not that there's anything wrong with that.

She does need more memory for her computer.....
