So the Senate passed a bill to suspend habeus corpus for suspected terrorists - and then - in the same bill, allows the government to define what a terrorist is, without any oversight. So technically, when this gets signed into law, the only thing that separates any US citizen from indefinate imprisonment is an accusation.

Anyone remember when the US government pointed at Soviet gulags as a sign of tyranny?
