So the Senate passed a bill to suspend habeus corpus for suspected terrorists - and then - in the same bill, allows the government to define what a terrorist is, without any oversight. So technically, when this gets signed into law, the only thing that separates any US citizen from indefinate imprisonment is an accusation.
