Okami goodness

'Okami' = prettiest game ever! [and any game in which one of the fighting moves for your wolf is peeing on the opponent is way amusing!]

Trey stayed home today and we accomplished some shopping - got a new microwave oven - and he played a lot of Okami today.

Vargr's been caught up by the Okami game as well. And you're right - absolutely lovely! So different from the ultra-realism some many games are striving for these days.

The game-play itself is also great fun! Such a huge change from most concepts, using the brush pen as well as the more typical "button mashing" combat stuff.

*grins* The "Golden" attack was a hoot. And this wuff suspects the next level "brown" version might be a bit rude. *giggles* But haven't saved up enough wealth to come close to buying that training. Still, the fact they even added those to the game was quite the whimsical surprise. Especially when one of the "canine fighters" turned the tables and used it on wuffy, and drained all of Amy's ink vials! Yipe!

Of course, the fact that you get to play a lovely white wolf in the game makes it especially appealing to Vargr! *big grin*
