I somehow managed to strain or sprain my knee - while I slept! Now if that isn't the silliest way to hurt onesself [shakes head]. So my knee is hurting a lot. How lame.

Rather amusingly, I was dreaming about first running from - then riding a pack of dinosaurs - during the night I twinked my knee. [Tho Trey says I wasn't thrashing around in bed.] So your theory may have a basis in truth. ^_^
