Sleepy-time me

We're back all safe and unpacked. Cleaned up after the bulimic cat for an hour after getting home [sighs]. VERY glad the weather is pleasant. So what do I do? Sleep! Going to be early [midnight to 1am is -very- early for me] and then sleeping till 10 or 11am for 2 nights running.
Maybe it's making up for the lost sleep time in hotter weather, but I'd prefer to re-work the sleep mechanisms so I sleep during the bad weather and stay awake to enjoy the -nice- weather.

Date: 2007-08-08 04:11 am (UTC)Wuffy made it back to his den safely as well, though a bit later than planned. The plane broke in Denver, so it was late arriving in San Jose which made our departure late as well. About 2 hours late.
We ended up landing in Denver about 2 minutes after my flight to CO Springs was supposed to have left. Luckily, Denver had been getting some severe thunderstorms, so all outbound flights had been delayed. So my CO Springs flight was still at the gate and just starting to board when I got there. Thankfully, as it was the last plane out that night.
So, I got home around midnight, but safe and sound none the less. And my bagage spent the night in Denver, but got shipped to the house sometime this afternoon.
Now I just have to get my 'clock' rewound back to normal work hours and sleep time. *grins* That's what I get for staying up late and sleeping in.
