Gary Gygax - rip

Wow - the 2pm news just announced that Gary Gygax has just rung down the curtain & joined the choir invisible.

Umpty years ago, I was at a convention and played in a game he reffed [fun game, he didn't hold tightly to the rules and was kind of a 'monty haul' ref]. So haul out the dice and roll up a new character in his honor.

[smiles] What I want to see is what happens next to him. If strict Catholic theology wins out, then he gets hell as for a number of 'sins'; if animism wins out, then he gets to be a minor deity because of how he promoted new belief systems [and I believe in gaming, all right].
