Feeling better

Almost feeling normal again. Referee'd today = fun game. The brownies and birthday cake [home-made white cake with chocolate frosting - for Tom] made yesterday were great.

It's a lot of fun catching up on web-comics and watching gil_liant play Lego StarWars. That's a seriously silly game.

[And it took 4 tries before my dialup was able to fully load my 760 emails from the 10-day trip without getting knocked offline before it was finished ... which meant I had to start it all over again. Yeah ... dialup is -cheap- but there -are- time it really, really sucks.]

On the -good- side, it's unlimited time online for $11.50 a month. On the bad, it's dialup - on our only phone land-line [no cell phones here]. ^_^

But it works [slowly, sluggishly, but at the 'speed of typing' that's usually not too bad].
