melcharGah - headache pain! The entire left side of my head really aches, so I think it may be sinus [pollen real bad, overwhelming the nasarel] added to tension, added to sleeping funny and getting a crick in my neck. Lots of pain - but not a migraine [yet].
Did some proactive stuff. Gil_liant did lots of neck and shoulder rubs [thank you SO much!]. I took a steamy shower. Ate [chicken noodle soup]. The effort to fight the migraine off is working. But there is still pain.
