Having fun

So it starts Friday night with Boojum running a Dragonstorm game. We get attacked by bunnies that attack by expanding/stretching to engulf your head. Then when they are slain, we were left covered in goo. Gross and funny, all at once.

Saturday has a great birthday party for Flaredragon. Everyone liked the chocolate cake [with homemade chocolate frosting] I baked. After Flare left to hit another party at 6pm [along with some others], Boojum spent 20 minutes and magically transformed his garage into LAN land, so that we [me, gil_liant, shadowcatt_x and boojum] could play some City of Heroes for about 6 hours. [During this Alferrida made level 31, I played in my 1st taskforce and had tons of fun.]

Sounds like you're having a great time out there. And that's very impressive progress on your CoH character. You've outstripped most of my alts there. *grins* Wuff has the alt-itus pretty bad.

Wish I could have joined in on the LAN party again this Saturday, but I was out east of the city, helping one of the small businesses out on the plains until pretty late that night. We did the board meetings and such, and then I worked on their LAN and computer systems for a while.

Oh - I just finished doing the resurvations for my next trip to San Jose; will be flying out to SJC this Friday. Should be touching down there at the airport around 4:30 PM, and will be hanging around doing vacation and business stuff until Tuesday, 31 Mar, around 11AM (takeoff time).

Looking forward to seeing you and the rest of the "gang" while out there!

Excellent! Glad you'll be out here soon. One word of caution, though: if Boojum sets up the garage for another LAN party, don't get between Melchar and the big screen. ^_^ You might end up drawing back a bloody stump.
