Apparently, in the 'GI Joe' universe, ice doesn't float

Went to see 'GI Joe' today and - as gil_liant commented, it was 2 hours of sleep I'll never get back. The stupid ... it burned! There was no amount of explosions that could make up for the stupid in this movie. It's pretty bad when the Wayans brother in the flick was the best actor. As I commented after seeing it, 'Gi Joe' is 2009's version of 'Megaforce' - only without the benefit of Barry Bostwick's acting prowess, or Persis Khambatta's humor and humanity.

Even Eccleston failed? Eew. That's a frightening description. Especially the bit about "no amount of explosions" making up for it, because I've always felt that boring or failure-filled exposition can be made up for by EXPLOSITION!

Don't forget the spandex uniforms in Megaforce. That was worth the price of admission.
