Annoyed with myself

Still not back to normal. What is it with me [other than insomnia] that isn't letting me sleep more than 5-6 hours a night ... if I'm lucky? Even if I do throw myself into bed before 4am, I haven't been able to sleep before 5-6am since I got the sore throat/cold. Grrrr. But I -am- getting better.
