A good weekend for the table games.

The Saturday AD&D Gaea game saw the group head out into the wilderness, possibly turn a band of bugbears from a life of brigandage [and inspire them to try being caravan guards]. They also learned from the bugbears that the 'bakery ghost' is quite probably an Elder Wyrm. They made good road-travel time and mostly stayed on the road [which has a glamour on it to protect travellers from non-sentient beast attacks] - although they did go off-road to attack a foursome of chemosits that were eating an elk. [chemosits for Gaea are 6-legged carnivores that look like horse-sized anteaters with foot-long razor-sharp claws.]

Then on Sunday the Agris gamers continued travelling through the realm of Faerie, discovered a mouse carnival, had a chance to do some trading, one of the PCs made a social gaffe [which was rather fun] - and they ended up getting a bit lost. They did find a way out of Faerie, learning that it was now spring. [They missed late fall and all of winter, but were also about 1200 miles from where they'd entered that 'morning'.]

And today is a nice mellow day - and Trey/mine 21st wedding anniversary. Rawr!

Nah - chemosits are much larger than ratels [horse-sized instead of pony-size, have more hit die [12 instead of 6] and do more damage. [They have a few more resistances, too.] They are also much rarer, thankfully [for the players].
